Kelly Barse, L.L.M., J.D., B.S.
Kelly Barse, Esquire, is an associate practicing primarily in the area of estate planning and administration. She graduated from Temple University – Beasley School of Law with a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate. She received her Juris Doctorate at Rutgers School of Law, Camden, New Jersey in 2011. During law school, Kelly served as an Associate Articles Editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion.
Prior to attending law school, Kelly received her Bachelor of Arts in History and Italian from Rutgers in 2008. During her undergraduate studies, Kelly was a member of several honor societies including Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Alpha Theta (History Honor Society), Phi Sigma Iota (Foreign Language Honor Society) and was also part of the Rutgers College Honors Program.
After law school, Kelly clerked for the Honorable Jean B. McMaster, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of Gloucester County, New Jersey. Prior to joining Pozzuolo Rodden, Kelly worked for a small firm in Cherry Hill, New Jersey specializing in estate planning, administration, and litigation.
